Shipping Information

Our Valencienne collection is handmade in our boutique atelier located in Toronto, Canada. Each garment is especially made for you with the highest quality and workmanship. Our team of seamstresses have been crafting our gowns for over 32 years. We have an extremely superior reputation and encourage you to read our reviews online written by our very own past and present clientele. Your complete satisfaction with our products is of the utmost importance. Because of our high standards, we require a different production time for each garment. From the moment you place your order, we require 4 MONTHS unless otherwise stated in addition to shipping time and customs clearance, which are out of our control. Therefore we recommend adding an additional MONTH to your order time to allot for any unforeseen circumstances in shipping. Please also keep in mind that these garments are not custom fit and therefore may require alterations upon receiving.

RUSH ORDERS can be requested by emailing our team at hello@shopvalencienne.com or by calling 416.781.6885. There are no guarantees on the possibility of rush orders which may be accepted on an individual basis.

Easy Returns & Exchanges

Valencienne will gladly accept returns or cancellations however, on certain items please see below for the return policy on your chosen item.

BRIDAL SEPARATES

It is extremely important to choose your bespoke bridal luxury items very carefully. We are happy to answer any questions you may have prior to placing your order by emailing our team at hello@shopvalencienne.com or by calling 416.781.6885. ALL BRIDAL SEPARATES ARE FINAL SALE. No return can be made for incorrect size selection. Because of the nature of Valencienne, each item sold from our line of Bridal Separates has been cut and sewn especially for you! Each and every item is thoroughly quality checked before being lovingly packaged to be sent. 

JEWELRY 

It is extremely important to choose your bespoke bridal luxury jewelry items very carefully. We are happy to answer any questions you may have prior to placing your order by emailing our team at hello@shopvalencienne.com or by calling 416.781.6885. ALL BRIDAL JEWELRY ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE. Because of the nature of Valencienne, each item sold from our line of Bridal Jewelry has been hand made especially for you! VEILS & BRIDAL SASHES

We hope you love your bespoke Veil or Sash, however if you feel it is not perfect, then you can return it. Please contact us by emailing our team at hello@shopvalencienne.com or by calling 416.781.6885 to receive a return code that you will write on the outside of the box. Your return must be within 10 DAYS or receiving the purchase and your product must be in the original condition, unworn and with the Valencienne tag intact. Any item not returned in original condition will not be refunded.

HEADPIECES

We hope you love your bespoke Headpiece, however if you feel it is not perfect, then you can return it. Please contact us by emailing our team at hello@shopvalencienne.com or by calling 416.781.6885 to receive a return code that you will write on the outside of the box. Your return must be within 10 DAYS or receiving the purchase and your product must be in the original condition, unworn and with the Valencienne tag intact. Any item not returned in original condition will not be refunded.
